Good day mate. On the 14th Jan o9, our teacher told us about an article on starting school early and letting children sleep longer. The Health Correspondent, Salma Khalik says that starting school at 9.00 am will give children one more hour of sleep. Sleep experts says people who has insufficient rest may appear functioning normally, but their brains would not absorb and process information like solving problems and make decisions as well as those who get sufficient sleep. Insufficient sleep can also stunt our physical growth, make us fat and cranky and lead to medical problems such as diabetes and I agree because I can get my valuable minutes of snooze and I can score better in my subject. :)

haha, so wad ya think? i think this is kind of a simple layout, for those people tht enjoy dull country like colours. its simple and the borders are kind of, neater then the rest, and scroll bars are kind of little too. jus enjoy the skin!
