  Wow! It was fun during the Earth Hour. All of my lights were off and it was dark....Anyway lets get back on today's subject :p. I eat veggies, bread and more to keep myself healthy. Some children like us just love stuff like sweets, chocolate etc. Heeheehee! I'm not kidding! We like sweets stuff and of course I don't eat that much :p. Eating healthily helps us to be fit and not so easily getting diseases.To prevent getting diseases, we have to eat healthy food. Here's the food pyramid:
 
Diseases can cause problems like getting flu, becoming fatter etc. Eating healthy food prevent viruses attacking you and lessen the chances of becoming fat. I love fruits especially watermelons, honeydews and mangoes. YUM! Veggies...not really. My favourites are lettuce and cabbage. Some veggies taste strange while some just simply can't be teared. Well even though I'm not really interested in veggies, I still support my school's campaign in encouraging schoolmates to eat more. This will help us to grow strong and healthy unlike those who are unhealthy. Maybe we could provide them each a fruit or just follow what our vice principle,Mr Derek Tan, said. Bye!!
